  • HOW TO BREW

    Simmer: Add 1 – 2 tea bags to pot or kettle. Squeeze lemon into water to lower pH, if desired. Simmer lightly for 20 – 25 minutes.

    Steep: Add 1- 2 tea bags to thermos, carefully pour in boiling water, let steep for 25 – 30 minutes. For both methods: strain, add honey or your favorite sweetener and enjoy.
